We are a small chair rental salon located in Middletown, CT. Our owner Sasha opened Savy Styles in 2019 and is excited to be expanding to have more stylists opening their schedules beginning in 2022 for all of your hair needs! Our team ▫️Sasha Abely - Owner - Sasha started doing hair in 2014 and quickly grew a following. After making the decision to start her own business in 2019 things have only been growing and she is very excited to be welcoming new faces to the Savy Styles team! Her dogs Marshall and Betsy are her babies. She loves doing blonding, lived in colors, and extensions. Salon policies ▫️Confirmation Texts As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that will require you to reply 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. It is important that you confirm your appointment as soon as possible. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid a late arrival, a missed/cancelled appointment, and/or a cancellation fee. ▫️Credit Card Required Keeping a credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment at Savy Styles. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, Savy Styles reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file the appropriate fee. ▫️Lateness Here at Savy Styles, we have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call or text to let us know. Should you be more than 10 minutes late, you may be subject to a late cancellation fee or if possible, you may accept an abbreviated service for the remainder of your appointment window. You will still be charged full price for the original service scheduled. If you forfeit your appointment you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service as a late cancellation fee applied to your card on file. Should this happen more than once, it may prohibit you from scheduling future services at Savy Styles. ▫️Cancelations/No-call No-shows Your appointments are very important to Savy Styles. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Please confirm your appointment upon receipt of your reminder text. We ask you make any changes to your appointment as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations within 24 hrs of your appointment time will be subject to a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations will be charged the 50% late cancellation fee. Should this happen more than once, it may prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Savy Styles. If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. ▫️Guests For the safety and comfort of our guests and sanitation of our salon, Savy Styles will no longer be allowing children or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.Business Hours
